The fact that Pen is overlooked by people so frequently is sad. Pen gets better the higher Level the enemy is, which is what makes it perfect for Critical 7. I use Jane and Rina (Seth is there to look at the mommies) because of that. Big numbers go BRRRR.

I've slowy going back on some old disk and trying to get good Pen solt 5 disk. I've leveled Billy and Corin recently too for fun and with a 4p Puffer and 2 p Fang that they share they both do so much dmg. Feel like the strength of Pen wasnt realized until now with fully leveled and geared teams and since then people have forgotten or wrote pen off. Do hope we get a Pen focused dmg deal in the futrue!

This is not a dig at Grace but without her sig engine even with a good engine, the difference is night and day
There is a reason why her signature engine is PEN focus and not ATK or anomaly pro.

PEN ratio is important and Rina is an S rank because of that. People who hate her are just bad at quick assist
