The InstantID FaceGen Ai WebUI was recently updated to add launcher arguments allowing you to change and use any Stable Diffusion model based on the sdxl architecture, making it possible to generate amazing realistic and stylized images of your subject with just a SINGLE reference image! It's completely UNCENSORED and can be used to generate new images for further training for Stable Diffusion!
In this video, I'll show you what the latest update brings and how to use the latest version of the webui as well as the 1-Click installation.

With PhotoMaker (i guess it uses the same technology) you can upload various photos so to improve the "understanding" of the subject and further generation. 🤔

Thank you so much for your great effort in these amazing tutorials! Unfortunelly it has been impossible for me even with --lowram arguments on a RTX 3060 12Gb VRAM. I was closed but could not reach success! I will have to wait for future optimizations!

[edit: I tried pointing to a model on my machine. No go. The CMD window exited out of itself. It ran fine when I set it to Juggernaut v8]

If you have a 3070ti with 8gb of ram.. this is AF. SDXL takes over 8 mins to generate a 20 step image, even on medvram setting. I'm trying lowvram it may shave a min or so off but wont be much better im sure

You should specify that the reference pose only affects the FACE, not the body.

if you guys wondering how to reopen the program after you closed it. you just need to make .bat file with the same script as he does.

Its cool, but its very inconsistent if you're trying to put the face into a smaller part of the image, such as on a guy riding a motorcycle, or even someone standing farther away from the camera. It makes the face float way above/to the side of where it should go.

Why does it take so long to produce an image. I'm using a RTX4090 and it's been 20 minutes now and I'm still waiting. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Great stuff but the demo is faster.

Great work in putting all this together, but I think you're long due in doing all this with ComfyUI instead. You'll have much more options and features with the same amount of work, if not less. I've been extending someone's InstantID workspace and never even knew that there could be limitations on models, while an assortment of post processing features are at my fingertips.

Working on my 1060 6GB. For 20 sample steps the render time has been cut, from 45 minutes in the previous version with no arguments, to about 15 minutes using --lowvram. Render quality suffers.

Sucks that this is impossible to run locally if you have a card with 12GB VRAM.
