Edit I don't think its me, there's a 30-45 seconds of you installing some stuff and showing the INSTANTID ui and then it snaps back to A1111 but for the whole duration you were explaining about A1111.

"In a few seconds." More like several minutes at best, even on a reasonable system and with turbo. Still, it's nice that it's been implemented in A1111 and it can work well with the right source images.
A point worth mentioning is that according to the github page you need to fully set up the first controlnet before setting up the second.

Can you make some reviews of text gen llm's? There are so many good ones. I used to come to this channel to check out vicuna, wizardlm, guanaco. Those were good times, i miss it. You had awesome tests for models like that. I really hope you get back to doing stuff like that again. epsecially if it has to do with coding ai.

Say, are you going to cover Stable Zero123? It's Stability AI's Image to 3D model. Some mad lads go it working in ComfyUI.
Although it's still experimental It already gives quite good results all things considered.
Also considering all the ripped 3D models out on the internet. As soon as we can train our own Image or Text to 3D AI, and use them with their own version of ControlNet.
Well Let's just say asset creation is the most time consuming part of game development.😉

This got me finialy installing sdxl to my age old trusty 1.5 A1111 😂, works great after fine tunning and disabling 1.5 vae. I'm 6 months behind on sdxl, didn't miss much as 1.5 had great models even for upscaling and refining. I guess this addon is the only thing worth upgarding to sdxl.

Ok so im guessing this is really slow compared to any other face swaps like reactor then right? Because i followed your steps all the way and i havent been able to generate an image yet, i guess im impatient cause i stop it half way through cause it takes i dont know but surely over 7 to 12 minutes roughly. I am trying the turbo models now. I made it to 86% oh wait ok, i got turbo to generate in 3 minutes and 15.3 seconds, still very slow but much better, im using an Nvidia RTX 2080 SUPER, so what are all yall render times and hardware?

does this take the same amount of time as the stand alone version? have a 2080ti and trying to determine if it’s worth trying
