Some people here do not know what a Hybrid rocket is. A hybrid engine is a solid fuel, liquid or gas oxidizer engine. The solid fuel is not an explosion or firing risk and the stuff that is burning is there to ignite the rocket when the oxidizer is pumped into the chamber with the solid fuel. It's still inadvisable to stick your face down the business end of a rocket motor if you have multiple people, less someone start the oxidizer pumping while that is happening. But if you are sure that there is not one else around, then there is little chance of the rocket firing.

Question i happen to be building something similar but i have to ask. where did you get your Oxygen and how did you get it out of the bottle?

That rocket's thrust was definitely minimized by the lack of good flow control, and the lack of a directional bell nozzle. Most of the thrust was escaping out the side and not in the desired direction.

Making something similar currently... Have all parts needed (oxidizer tank, vinyl tubing, copper tubing, valve, braided steel tubing, thin copper tube injector, brass nipple and "nozzle mount", with which I'm planning on inserting a clay nozzle), but what did you use for your nozzle?

You've made a crude cutting torch head. Hook the factory made cutting torch back to your oxy-acetelyne rig and just use that.
