That is a form of acoustic instability called "screeching." It is a high frequency instability that is typically caused by pressure interactions across (laterally) combustion chamber where interactions between pressure oscillations directly feedback on the injectors. To suppress this mode you can do several things such as going to a single pintle injector and/or creating a set of baffles by machining chambers into injector face. For such a small chamber go with 3 at first. The Space Shuttle Main Engine used used 5 outer baffles and one inner one across the injector face...this helped suppress the lateral "screech" mode which can tear a chamber apart in seconds.

I love how at 0:15 it ACTUALLY sounds a little bit like a tie fighter. there are alot of videos that have an iconic sound effect as clickbait, then you watch it, and it sounds absolutely nothing like the sound effect.
