Bondi Rescue follows the work of the elite professional Lifeguards who patrol Australia’s busiest beach. This is Australia’s real life Baywatch! Taking the viewers on their journey through mass rescues, drownings, resuscitations, shark sightings, and all number of the weird and wonderful experiences Bondi Beach dishes up.

In #BondiRescue the audience sees the action through the eyes of real characters and #lifeguards like Hoppo, Deano, Reidy, Jesse, Maxi, Whippet and Harries, as they catch thieves, perform CPR, make drug busts, break up fights, and even handle a navy bomb that washes ashore one afternoon. Every year throws up new and completely unexpected challenges, and how lifeguards adapt is what makes Bondi Rescue a show that’s about much more than swimmers being saved in the surf.

That poor, lost little girl. I felt so badly for her. It must've been incredibly frightening for her, especially since she didn't seem to speak English. I'm so thankful for the mother and her daughter who were just incredible, presenting the little girl w/ kindness and compassion. They're real heroes in this situation!

I know it wouldn't be enough for everyone but I wonder if beaches could start putting in lockers you hire out like at swimming pools for your keys and personal items etc, especially for say like surfers or people by there selfs who don't have family members or friends sitting by there belongings 🤷🏼‍♀️

All of the rescues these guys do are unbelievably amazing. The woman who lost her wedding ring of really touched something in me. I had been married for 35 years and lost my wedding ring on the beach. That ring had been on my finger since the moment my husband put it there on our wedding day. It's not about the ring. It's about every memory that you've ever made with your husband and your family tied into something tangible that you carry with you everyday. To lose that was devastating for me and we never found it. These guys on Bondi are so compassionate and understanding!

The power of lost and found. If you ever find someone's valuables, return it to the authorities. I left my wallet on a bench at a local beach and someone handed it in to the police. Nothing was stolen, everything was still there including money. Great job to those who returned the shirt with those ladies keys.

The man who lost his cousin I totally feel for, my family had a big reunion at a beach once and one of our uncles had wandered off and then no one could find him for hours and I stg I thought my grandmother was going to have a heart attack from the worry.

The second case reminds me of my swimming classes where the teacher taught us to never get too close to a drowning person unless we are absolutely sure the person kind of responds to the words we say and can still follow directions or that we are able to free us via some "tricks" or of course have a floating object that can hold both of us.
I never understood completely why but this scene showed me exactly why.

Mom lost the diamond to her wedding ring a while ago when I was younger and never found it. I remember it really well because it's the most upset I've ever seen her in my life.

Finding those huge 20 years' worth of marriage sparkly rings of diamonds was amazing! : )
And I love when they start many segments with... "and we were just packing everything up for the day"... cuz you know that's just the beginning of a whole new, frightening, yet solved adventure! <3
