My theory was, we all have codes, like we’re programmed. Our dna is the code on why we do what we do

The thought first struck me as I was thinking about robots. Robots run on electricity. The human nervous system runs on electricity. Are humans just fleshy robots? Instead of oil, we have blood and water. Instead of being made of metal alloys, silicone, and synthetic polymers, we're made of hydrocarbons. But the more fundamental aspect that makes machine and man similar is that both are engineered.

What happen when we sleep, the concept of self is limited to a memory
and then the Programm "self " boots back in for the next day
and when we die, the hardware is not compatible for the programm to boot back in .

if our heart stops we need to recharge. I love Prof Michio Kaku

We are not special by any means. We like think we are special but in reality we are just a grain of sand in the universe.

He needs to update his knowledge on consciousness. It is NOT the dominant position that only humans are conscious.

Man has always been conscious.

Our evolution was a devolution, a devolution of consciousness. And we continually devolve from that consciousness till today and AI increases this devolution further.

I posted this before he decided to speak of this. It's my opinion we are natural mechanisms ❤

Or as biological machines...are we a primitive form who have been developed by a superior or advanced civilization. Somewhere in the eternal history of 'all being' did an advanced civilization see that they were non-everlasting due to the complexities of the universe and its nature being forever changing. Then so develop a biological machine that could carry an essence of dwelling and civilization in the eternal state of all being and the eternal time of the future.

We are special in the sense we are the most evolved animals on the planet. It is evident other animals even down to some of the smallest have some kind of emotions. Fear, anger even love the way some species instinctively care for their offspring. We can see that evolution in stages from tiny spiders caring for their clutches to how a mother bear will face down anything to protect her cub. What i get hung up on is right now we humans are the most evolved but what else is there? Are there even more emotions we havnt discovered/evolved? What about colors we cannot see? Our minds dont actually see reality, we see what our senses have evolved so far can tell us.

Biological yes, but a robot no. A robot doesn't have desires, emotions, dreams, feelings, self awareness, beliefs etc. A robot doesn't cry at a funeral unless you program it to and even then it doesn't feel anything.

We are machines, biologically speaking.

I appreciate that this smart guy believes that we are some kind of a machine and I appreciate the fact that he believes machines are all created/invented. He's just not sure who created/invented us.

Many people cant define what is a woman. This is beyond xd

DNA is simply biological code. It dictates what we look like, how we act, how we interpret information. Writing code for a computer program is basically the exact same thing as Cripsr for humans.

Once we learn the programming language, we could make anything.

We humans are truly something special it is self evident yet unprovable.
Now that is how we know that there is something truly profound when something is unprovable yet self evident.

My question is: are our choices defined by our brain with complex relationships of neurons, or not? From my point of view I know I'm here and I'm not the result of complex chemical reactions (because if I were just that, there wouldn't have me (my point of view), there would be nothing in my view, and, in the world, just something that acts like me, I wouldn't be here, I wouldn't exist, no black, no white, there would be no difference between particles in complex collisione and me) and I'm not that, I somehow know I'm here, I know I'm not a meat machine pretending to believe I am here, not kinda I know that, I actually feel that. But still, I can only say that for me, since I don't know how you persevere the world, you might just be a meat machine made of complex chemical reactions that acts like me, maybe I was alone created all of you like me and inserted myself in the world without any power, or we both are not meat robots and there is a god, who knows.

My questions are: ok we are machines used for the genes to go on through thousands of years and multiplicate. When and why we started to duplicate. A superior intelligence wants us to do it? Why?
