Point is, everyone is different and we should study ourselves more to see what works best for our individual body. With that said, highly processed food and sugar need to be used sparingly

Our food industry needs to be more regulated more heavily, a total limit on the number of added chemicals and preservatives in all processed foods is where we need to start.

Even if its not in a package, it doesn’t mean its good! There are chemicals from companies like APEEL that coats the fruits and vegetables that makes them last a long time on the shelf!

Whilst I agree that any processed food is not the way to go, I followed Prof Tim’s advice and ate the rainbow. I added 30 different kinds of plants a month for 3 months to increase the diversity in my microbiome. I ended up so inflammed and constipated and in pain I could hardly move. Tried carnivore for 90 days and never came off! A year has passed i’m off meds for auto immune and a myriad of other benefits. I gave his advice a good go but it didn’t work for me Adding so much Fibre actually made my lifelong constipation and joint pain worse. I’m 63 so have tried a lot of diets. Carnivore has been the only one that has consistantly helped in so many ways and the easiest to stick to. Previously I have been totally whole food cooked from scratch ie the so called ‘healthy’ mediterranean diet. It is not! I come from a med family and to be honest with all the wheat, rice, pulse and fruit they end up on bp, statins and diabetic meds that everyone else is on.

It is so confusing "eat whole foods that haven't been don't drink fresh orange juice". I know it had sugar, but statements about food should not be taken in isolation

Spector and his ZOE cronies are only interested in improving health for those who can afford their £299 sign-on fee and the thirty quid a month subscription. Even then, the value of their ‘monitoring’ is questionable and unproven.
