Tried this just now, except I fried the meat a bit. I was surprised how well the dough turned out. It spread nicely, didn't tear when twisting... Grat stuff!

i gotta say, i've watched maybe fifteen to twenty of your videos, in a span of less than two weeks (!!), and the more I watch the more I get pissed off...
Yeah..your Nature and the sounds of River and Birds, the wild Vegetables with bright colors, and parsley and purple Chilis, your Flour with this incredible colour, your clear as Cristal river water, your Homemade Cream and Cream cheese, and HM Cheeses, and HM Sausages and HM Salamis and mince Lean Meat ( even if I eat very little of it ..I watch and want to have it..), your ovens setting, And the relax no extra blahblah, only the sizzling of the Olive Oil and river flowing..., finally the way you mix the dough...(you're pushing things too far..!!)
For the All of it..I gotta admit; I am Envious, I salivate, I drool, I gotta be there and taste that food but I can't, or should take next flight and come visit you peoples..!
... and this really pisses me off...!
But Please keep it up..one of the Best Food Channel on
