I went to social security 2 years ago, they were excellent, some older people are not that good with computers

The problem is that if you have a problem it will be almost impossible to find someone that cares in the slightest to help you... I wasn't getting the right amount and only one gentleman at our local office figured it out and helped correct others just blew me off... now I can't talk to him because they assigned me somebody else..so good luck... We pay for all these services and they are becoming worse and worse

This system needs to be updated. The government has intentionally made things complex for the common person.

Close the entire operation, give me back all the extorted fiat currency I contributed into the broken ponzi scheme. I'll figure out what is best for my hard earned fiat currency.

NOT a good idea. The reason is because a lot of people are not computer knowledgeable especially the elderly.

My recent experience with the local SSA Office was exceptional!!! The young lady that assisted us was both knowledgeable and pleasant. Sorry to hear so many are having such negative experiences.

It's a 50/50 shot on getting a helpful and competent SSA employee at the office or on the phone... I've dealt with both ends of the spectrum.... so you roll the dice every time you interact with them! Being informed and staying on top of them is the best defense! As Devin said.... stay informed!
