Sanders on economic inequality, institutional racism

Sen. Bernie Sanders said the nation's African-American and Latino communities were hit especially hard in the financial crisis at the PBS NewsHour Democratic Debate in Milwaukee on Thursday.

"Clearly we are looking at institutional racism," said Sanders.
