For bandaging a finger, start by placing a sterile gauze pad over the wound, then wrap a bandage around the finger. Watch out to not wrap it too tight! Follow the outside of your hand to the wrist, tie a knot, cut the bandage in half, and wrap the pieces around your wrist to secure. 👌
