I think the DA made the right decision. The people that are protesting saying they want justice. Well, that is justice. You can't go out and commit crimes & assault people, and don't expect people to defend themselves or do their job. You can't commit crimes and expect not to be held accountable.

The fact that people are protesting for a thief that died like he's Jesus is actually insane. What do these people do for a living? Don't they have jobs? Or are these protestors the same thieves stealing from other stores? It makes sense then. I would be outraged if I was a thief who could steal and not fear any punishment and suddenly now I have to worry about getting shot. That's really triggering and makes me want to be in a safe space.
