Project 24 is our membership program that teaches you how to work toward replacing your current income with income from websites and YouTube channels in 24 months.

#nichesites #blogging #websites

Project 24 is a product of Income School LLC. Results mentioned are not typical. The trademark “Project 24” refers to the goal of some people to create a successful business in 24 months, but is not a promise or guarantee of that success. Many online businesses fail because, like any business, it requires hard work, skill, and dedication. Before making business decisions, consult financial and legal professionals licensed in your jurisdiction.

Hi Ricky, during last niche reveal video i didn't have a blog. But now you reviewed my blog, I followed everything from this channel, especially focusing on connect, ignoring link building, seo plugin, etc. I recently crossed 100k mark in 14 months as a part time hobby. If you need a case study or something happy to share more information. Thanks for your videos.

A couple of important points:
1. real estate info niche. Make sure if you are NOT a REALTOR® that you are NOT selling leads to agents. You can sell e-books, downloads with general information but do not cross the line to real estate information that is only allowed to be provided by licensed agents. All 50 states in the USA have real estate commissions that govern real estate law. Nearly if not all states - it is illegal for a non licensed realtor to receive compensation for real estate transactions ( unless it is your own property) and many states include this to be buyers and seller leads. If you are a real estate agent your local area is a great niche to generate leads from as well as refer leads to other agents so you can make a referral fee.
2. Sewing niche - to Nathan: there is a ton of money to be made selling affiliate offers in this space. Sewing is now very expensive and you can sell very high end embroidery, serger and sewing machines along with being sponsored by those companies.

Wow, that's a lot! Loved how you discussed each niche thoroughly and the problems that might come with them. Very creative video, guys!

Great video guys! I loved the outdoor scenery, I love watching videos from forested areas. The water balloon penalty was funny too.

I went to both of the finance sites mentioned (at 30:33 and at 45:51). Both are horrible. The first one is basically a collection of links to the login pages of other financial sites, and I wasn't entirely certain that it wasn't trying to steal my credentials or flood me with malware. The other one is a poorly-written aimless meander through topics that are tangentially related to finance (like making money online), but also includes posts about totally unrelated topics like keto dieting and the top 5 African safari destinations.

I think website age should be factored into these results as well.

For example, the Retrododo gaming site at 40:20 is over 5 years old, making almost $20k per month. Some of the other sites shown are barely a year old.

i was thinking about music production and singing
is this a good idea, as I saw they are not earning that well 34:09
and there might be a lot of competition
(maybe the site is underperforming)

Can we go with YMYL pages and expect it to grow after a year by building good authority and content? I have the expert of the field along with appropriate degree (from another country) and one reputed website that has information about the author along with his degree. I have a broad niche and YMYL is applicable only on few categories. I have posted only 30 articles in 2020, 2021 & 2022 but now planning to post at least a single article everyday. I am getting 5-10 visitors a day from google & bing and 60% on YMYL articles written by the expert.

I want to create a blog site with niche in WordPress, is this very visual? Is it better to build a YouTube channel instead of website?

The first balloon that didn't pop, I would definitely have thrown it back. Now I realize I need to introduce my kids to water balloons. Btw, 29, that's really just backyard homesteading. It's getting wildly popular and there's a lot of people spending a lot of money there.
