Trello: How to Import data from a spreadsheet

Trello allows you to export your list to a json file, but there is no easy way to import that list back into Trello. It appears to be more for importing into other applications such as Asana.
So here is a quick way to import your task list from Excel (or another other simple list) into Trello so you can get started with your projects.
