A few things to add, as I had a fair bit of time with Dei's 8S test bike and went over it pretty thoroughly with a critical eye. Firstlly though... that gravel track footage doesn't do justice to the crazy steep gradient, no shit when you walk on it stones are tumbling downhill from each footstep. It was ropey. I'd have quite liked a rope to climb or descend it tbh 😂😂! I spoke to a load of hardcore MTB riders (the campsite is a MTB mecca) and they said no bloody way would they have dared ride a heavy road spec motorbike on that track with no knobbly tyres. Mega respect for Deimantė by me and the hundred people who were amazed and impressed to find that gleaming brand new bike at the top of a mixed mud and loose gravel death trap track we'd all cursed and sweated and stumbled up and down on every time. She shocked everybody. I was really proud of her, she's way too humble about it so i had to blow her trumpet for that. I guarantee most of you watching couldn't have managed it or had the balls to have tried it. There were other bikes parked at the safe bottom main car park by all the sensible normal average bikers! 😎👌
Comments made by some were all impressed by the new 8S styling and fit and ginish. I'm talking quality build quality. There's not one shitty quality plastic part on it, the materials used and the paint and coating finish are all pretty shockingly positive. I've got and owned a few Suzukis and build finish has never been a strong point with any of them. The older ones suffer. Well I've gotta say im honestly impressed by this latest model - it's more like a premium euro quality level. The value for money is incredible tbh.
I could get geeky about the engine and fueling and ECU mapping but this is too long. But believe me when i say this new engine is cleverly capable of much much more with some remapping and dyno time and a stage 1 couple of mods. It's electronically neutered as stock and still feels crisp and strong. I'm into racing. This 8S platform is the new weapon for minitwin and supertwin racing. Look forward to seeing them in action on the racetrack and roadracing next season after teams figure them out and unlock all the potential.😮

It’s hilarious to me how they have thin and cool license plates for cars, but then these giant billboards for bikes out there

I was on the US Suzuki site today and noticed they had 2024 specifications and gallery pictures showing the new colors. Blue on blue remains the same but the black model gets blue wheels, sub-frame, and tank wing 8S graphic. White model is replaced with a gray bodywork and wheels model. Love the multiple opinion videos!

First class review my dear, hope you enjoyed riding some of our twisty Scottish roads. The farther West the better it gets.

It is an excellent idea having two different opinions on bike reviews I don't know of anyone else doing it, keep up the good work!

Great review 👍! I really enjoyed the collaboration with Tony, I’ve watched his channel for quite a while, nice to get a “second opinion” all in one review 😉!

Nicely done! Honestly, this bike kinda flew under my radar as far as the middle-weight nakeds are concerned. But this looks like a very nice option for someone looking for a daily commuter and fun weekend ripper. That blue is pretty nice as well. Great review! New subscriber here 😊

I'm not a sports bike fan. However your style is so personable. You can tell you're still get rider miles under your belt.
Very enjoyable episode. Bish xx

Im excited to see how much power can be squeezed out of it. Full exhaust, new intake system ( like a hord for mt07 ) and a tune should get up to 90 whp. Then itll be perfect!

Great collaboration with MC Tony🤙 It’s a brilliant motorcycle for me & you too! Gees, you’re tiny😉 I’m about Tony’s size & it’s bloody brilliant! I’ve gone the black version. You’ve done well to ride it on any surfaces💪💪⭐️

Lovely vid, agree with evey thing said, i am so impressed with the whole bike, for me i have increased rear preload to 5 and increased rear tyre preasuer to 40psi and i found it improved the ride which was good to start with left the front as is, i wish it had djustable clutch span as standared for my chubby hands i lkik the other colours but i have a black one it looks class the build quality and fit are top end i can see where the extra grand is spent, its a keeper nearly 1600 mikes in 6 weeks rain or shine its brilliant, Well done suzuki brilliant vid again thanks very clear consise and void of unnessasry fubbish like top speed which in the rael world is not needed, how it feels and how it delivers the goods etc are needed

Hi Deimante, I like the style of the bike and really like the colour, and for you at 5 feet 8 inches is fine but I am only 5 feet 1 inch so am limited to what I can own. Only recently found your channel but enjoying them. Ride safe. Best wishes Roy.
