sweating in the sauna for about 10-15 minutes after your swim allows upon yo sweat it all off. Shower after and you smell like you’ve never been in a pool at all.

fun fact: after oyears of swimming, your skin absorbs the chlorine, and then you forever smell like chlorine :)

One thing I hate is the fact my thighs hurt after a whole 10 laps, someone's foot always kicking my face when swimming and mostly losing your board or goggles when swimming😂
