Trim knobs for speaker outputs are used to have similar volume between different studio monitors. They would not power passive speaker.

When your talking about the main source buttons and that it is a straight through, is it possible to have the output signals of 2 different USB audio interfaces connected to the controller? - Like, if I’m one day going to use the one over the other, I don’t have to unplug anything, just switch the input source between ST1 or ST2?

I think it's incredibly clever and the best for features of the lot vs price. However - I am worried it might damage the sound like my old Presonus HP-04 did. Any thoughts on that? The HP-04 really reduced the quality coming out of my interface. Maybe this is better.
I do have 3 sets of monitors and this seems by far the simplest solution and also takes care of more headphone outs.

Hey, so when would you use line output? Can you plug your active monitors into the line output? Can the volume be altered at the front for the line outs?

Would I be able to connect two audio interfaces for tracking vocals? (1 in the booth and 1 in the control room in case the artist just wanted to record demos outside of the booth?) Thanks.

P.S. if this is possible, would that mean the mic in the control room could double as an external talkback mic?
