Please Mihoyo, don’t kill off this character, he is so well written and has an amazing story and background behind him. Look how he defeated 6 ruin guanders like it was nothing and still kept on smiling and even refused to get healing after all... lol. Teucer must be so lucky with him as his brother :( <3

I think the saddest thing about Childe’s story is that he doesn’t even really wanna do most of the stuff he does as a harbinger. He joined the Fatui cause it was the only way he can be part of the battlefield. There is even a lore entry where he talks about wishing to abandon his duties and join you on your travels.
