Some of you joke about this movie, but this situation does happen in real life. And it is not a joke. Nowadays teens are on social media 24/7 a day. They are vulnerable, and will talk to a stranger on social media, and go somewhere to meet. Adults can also fall for this by meeting people on dating apps. There are sketchy people on social media that can lure children and adults to meet them, and do whatever to them. It is very dangerous, and there is tragedy. This movie can teach parents to have a talk with their children.

I'm from Indonesia. Just watched the movie last night. It was surprisingly really good, & not to mention really unique & fresh, original idea. the plot twists, suspense, thriller, acting, everything will keep you on the edge of seat from the beginning until the end! I can't recommend this movie enough (and mind you, I was skeptical at first, but this is one of those rare movies that surprisingly blow away all my initial skepticism)! I'm actually thinking of watching it again for the second time!

Saw this earlier at a Q&A screening at LACMA, moderated by film critic Claudia Puig. A tense thriller/mystery built primarily around the two-dimensional confines of computer and phone screens, social media pages and online news, the narrative surprisingly works more than it doesn't. And John Cho carries the movie in its entirety. Quite enjoyable, and with a series of plot twists that would make "Gone Girl" run back home.
