Today we are going to talk about days and limits that the insurance company has to respond to and do different things.

Most of the policyholders do not know about this, probably some adjusters also. But you must know all of these limits because you make sure that insurance companies are aware that they stick to these deadlines.

🔴These are statutes! These are laws that have been written to keep insurance companies under control, so they don't forget about your claim, underpaying your claim, or doing anything that they are not supposed to do!

Therefore, I think as a public adjuster one of the more important things is to hold the insurance companies accountable to these limits!

Fact that we have these limits, we need to take advantage of them! We can notify the state, we can file Civil Remedy Notice, etc.

Disclaimer: These limits are strictly related to Florida. Most states got their own limits, Texas got its own limits, California too. But not all of them. Make sure you pay attention to your state.
