For everyone here that says this does not work, if the file is a DOCX file, you can convert the file into a PDF instead. It helped me a lot.

Worked fine, down to 0kb (which is odd) then I closed file explorer and reopened, they all reverted to full size

Useless..dont try this step.. Just convert your word file to pdf..it better
