RULES:
The rules are the same as regular risk except for these changes. The object of the game is to eliminate your opponent first. During setup, pick 1 color to be a neutral 3rd army. Each army starts the game with 40 infantry. Remove the 2 wild cards from the territory deck, then shuffle them into 3 equal piles. Each army gets one pile and places 1 of their armies on each of the 14 territories. Once finishes, you and your opponent take turns placing troops on your territories, 2 at a time, until all your troops are placed, then you each alternate turns placing 2 of the neutral army’s troops onto any of its territories.
Once all the troops have been placed, gather up all the territory cards, add in the wild cards, then shuffle them into a facedown draw deck. During the game, the neutral army does not attack nor receive reinforcements. When you attack the neutral army, you opponent rolls their defending dice, picking how many dice to use.
The first player to eliminate their opponent wins. You do not need to eliminate the neutral army in order to win.
