This is part of an electromyography (EMG) study conducted during a lab session for the Studies in Human Performance course at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. Awesome video ! As an armwrestler and an RMT i really found this interesting. i really like that you highlight delts in this, as most people dont think its as utilized as it is, as well as how little you rely on biceps (depending on position of course).

A great experiment. I would like to see the EMG's timestamped, enlarged and overlaid on top of each other for comparison.

Wouldnt the data be more accrurate if you have actual armwrestlers armwrestling that know the correct motor patterns and technique?

Very interesting experiment but I would definitely like to see some pros do the same thing and see the comaprison in data!
