Thank you for addressing this, there are bone conductor earphones that may help those who just need some amplification now and again, like me, they rest above the ears, so they are less obstructive to the ear, these helped me at the beginning of the Tinnitus, they are helpful for those who perhaps don't need hearing aids, but because of the T find hearing in certain situations/environments challenging.
