Mr Dryden ... My childhood hero.  What a great Canadian.

One thing I've noticed is how so many Montreal Canadiens legends (Serge Savard, Jean Beliveau, others and now Ken Dryden) tipped the hats to PK Subban. They all said that he was an incredible player and that it is crazy to see what he can do under so much pressure playing in Montreal.

Ken Dryden explains exactly why PK Subban is a different kind of special that Montreal just hasn't seen and probably won't see in a long time. The very fact that PK had the instinct to always try and make something happen despite the fact that it wouldn't always work is something not a single other skater on that team has, and that's why it's very hard to imagine them winning a cup without him in the near future.

Yes. Subban definitely has the mind set. He gets alota cash but hes not really after the cash believe or not. In subbans off season he trains 5-6 even 7 days a week. This hab dont stop and at the end of the off season he hits the ice for THE MONTREAL CANADIENS. Good to see the habs back. GO HABS GO!!!

The management of Montreal is incompetent! They trade a young star, (Subban) who has plugged himself into the community, who has energy, and is hungry, for a player like Webber who's star is on the decline and can't carry a team to the next level. There were a couple of players (with losing attitudes) who played only hard enough to cash a paycheque who didn't like Subban and forced a trade. I can think of number 67 whose star is also on the decline. As you may recall a player who wore number 13 called this team out for that very fact and was promptly traded., (Over) Price during a 12 year career is probably the most over rated player to wear a team uniform. Of those 12 years he only played at an elite level for 2 1/2 years and then he couldn't stop a beach ball. His playoff numbers are awful. He folds like a cheap suit. Come 2019/20 I predict that the team as it currently is made up will be lucky to win 38 games. You need at least 45 to make the playoffs. It's time to hire a competent management and get rid of the scared cows on the team and bring in players with youth, size and skill who actually want to win a Stanley Cup.
