I'm a Gen Z but I prefer physical textbooks and stationery and prefer writing in notebooks with real pen 😭
Edit : Ok so to the people saying “Pehle istemal kare fir opinion de” and “Seedhe seedhe bolo na paise nahi hai” - I have 1 laptop and 2 iPads (one is mine and one is my father’s but he rarely uses it so it’s mostly with me) and i have used both to study and make notes and only after that i am giving my opinion. To that one person calling me “boomer” - I am 17. And I PREFER physical notes and textbooks, but when technology is required i DO work with it, it’s just about my preference towards traditional methods of studying :)
Edit 2 : Will you all please stop giving me lectures like i said something wrong? I just respectfully gave my opinion. Why does everyone seem so offended by it?

I'm a gen z Engineering graduate. Guess what I didn't spend a single penny on xerox notes ( except 1st sem). I read them all in pdf format only😂😂. This is so much relatable. Also I didn't maintain books for notes and all. Just 1 book I would carry for formalities and if necessary I made notes on my desktop or phone😂😂

The best part is deleting all those pdfs after the exam is so satisfying🍃

But if they were original books I would never tear or throw them. So yeah that satisfaction part would be missed😂

my school allows tablets too..we only use notebooks to write down classwork, but all of our books and worksheets are in pdf format

Fun fact- you don't need ipad for medical school, but yeah it will make everything so easy for you in medical school, if you prefer note taking you can do on ipad also, other cheaper tablet with a pen can also do the same or ipad 9th gen with student discount. If you have very very less budget notebook is better. Basically with ipad, Android tablet you might save around 20k of medical school cost of notebooks, pen, books(pirated mil jaati hai) other stuff also.
