For those of you interested in Established Titles, be aware that the titles Lord, Lady and Laird are not officially recognised by the Lord Lyon King of Arms of Scotland. Meaning you will not be a noble of Scotland and cannot get an official coat of arms for your family.

They also do not do conservation of Scottish Woodland (which they claim they do on a 'Nature Reserve' meanwhile they are in the middle of Edinburgh). If you want a tree planted, go directly to the stated tree charities instead. None of those trees are planted in Scotland either.

Sincerely, a very tired Scottish person who sees this kind of stuff all the time online. I love your channel but seeing ads for this well-known scam based in my city is tiring

Please no one actually buy from Established Titles, it’s essentially a scam. You aren’t going to “be a lord or lady under Scottish law” and under Scottish law you won’t even own “your” piece of land, as souvenir plots aren’t recorded in their land registry. I’m not here to blame people for taking these sponsorships as they seem very convincing at first and have done a good job in marketing their “product”

The scariest thing about my girl's new job, is that EVERYONE is nice and welcoming. She did a work trial and when she was waiting for the drug test and start date the people she had been working with all asked the supervisor if she had been hired and when would she be coming back. I mean, can you imagine a 100% non-toxic workplace? That is scary.

29:40 This story hit home because I also briefly knew an old man very similar to Mr. Alvarez. Weirdly enough, he also went by the name “Captain” whenever his brain was failing him and had random violent outbursts. He was a very eccentric and lonely man and he also had no family and died abruptly.

The only reason I know this story ISN’T about the man I knew is because the man in the story was wealthy!
