As for the wrapping technique I find it easier to select the whole column of text this way (Windows) : Shift + right click drag - from left to right (selects the whole bunch) then Alt + Shift + W (wraps each line in an HTML element ).

I've been watching web design tutorials a lot and this past year I started noticing people using Sublime Text
It looked cool, but I didn't want to devote the time to learn yet another piece of software
But I finally gave in and downloaded it. I was hooked after watching this video & after finishing your entire playlist I'm never going back to boring old text editors
