that's Rennes, France, the tower is called "les horizons", because it's the highest tower in Rennes with "l'éperon" (32 floors). The photo is taken from "l'éperon", on the right you can see a part of the historical center, with the cathédrale saint pierre, with his flat roof bell tower.

This is what atmospheric truly means. Listening to this music makes association with word "space" in my head. It strangely helps me to relax and to concentrate at the same time. Please keep it going! Many people ignore, or don't know, Ambient music. It's getting more mainstream and added to more pop songs. Instrumental was replaced by synth but synth compositions can be replaced with ambient, or hybridized with it! Techno, psy and dark chill, drone and deep mix music is Revolution. IT can and should take over more stations.
