in the U.S we dont use those kind of panels. we use huge metal panels with smaller breakers inside.

in South Africa our sans code for looping wire inside a distribution board is dependand on the supply we use .

* 2.5mm supply -2.5 mm loops
* 4mm supply - 4mm loops
* 6mm supply - 6mm loops
* 10-16mm supply - 10mm loops

keep up the great content I love learning how this are done in your country .

This design would be a serious deficiency for us! Distribution boxes located in high-frequency load traffic can lose their pull-in voltage at the terminals over time. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to route the neutral conductor continuously. This means: two neutral conductors in a socket must be able to continue supplying subsequent consumer circuits after the screw terminal is loosened.

I did this with 6mm2 solid copper. Takes somewhat more effort.
But they curve really nice.

Great work! Looks amazing! But please, don’t use zip-ties. It’s very difficult to work on those later on.

that wire stripper is not allowed here, that's why we use automatic wire strippers for this.
like the : knipex 1240200 whitch is one of the best to use for this

because there is less chance of damaging the copper wire with this tool, than with the one you are using, because damaged wires are more likely to break where they are damaged

We call this cable porn. Nothing is more satisfying than maintain elictrical box where everything is neat and clean.

should have used pins on that neutral bar because the conductor is multicore

i can hear the difference between impact driving the neutral terminal and clutch slipping on the breakers :)

Love your content, I wish electrical boxes would look like this in Israel, we have the most proffessional electricians do the laziest work.

I can see that client is paying good money from the equipment used.

Did you just put like 4 blue wires together with tape?

At the very beginning of the video you have more than two conductors cannot be connected into the circuit breaker terminal, as at least one of the 4 wires responsible for the zero can be badly pinched.

Either the flat will burn down, or it will just knock out the outgoing circuit breaker.

If the load is high, the duct tape will dry out after a year and the connection will become even more unreliable.

Why don't you use phase bars instead of bridges?

Is that aluminum or tin plated copper?

How come you don’t use buzz bars because of the price yet you use Schneider one of the most expensive boards

You should really use Schneider busbars, as Schneider Electric intended it…
