Well I cannot believe what just happened! I'm 63 and was shooting a video of my brother and our dog ...and upon replay all I heard was my heartbeat (with the murmur I've had since childhood (7/52 premie twin) and immediately googled HMs and have listened to various versions here. Don't know which category mine falls under but shall have to see my doctor I guess :-) just to check as have never thought to ask and never ever had any problems so shan't stress about it. Very very interesting, very long murmur sound¹

So many sound so similar and when I’m there listening to a heart I can’t differentiate any of the murmurs, they even sound like stenosis too.

At mitral stenosis, there is a split in S2 due to delayed closure of aortic valve, bcz the filling of left ventricle takes more time than that of right ventricle .

Thank you. I have tinnitus and any attempt to osculate outdoors or in a moving ambulance without an amplified stethoscope has, so far, been a waste of time . I also didn’t have a reliable reference for comparison of the heart sounds - till now. Would it be possible to get a brief explanation of each condition, what exactly we are listening to and looking for on the ekg with each.

I hear a sound like squeaking or something like that under my neck and around . Not all the time but at night and when i change positions it stops. What is this? I have done ultrasound sound all are good. Im 25
