The S4 heart sound (aka an "atrial gallop") is heard late in diastole, occurring during the atrial filling phase and coincides with the p-wave on an electrocardiogram (atrial systole).

Additional sounds for the text makes it so much more difficult to listen. I can barely hear anything.

Sounds like S1, S2. Wouldn't be able to tell the difference clinically.
