Good points! One thing you missed is the capabilities that the Power Platform brings to Dynamics 365 and of course the tight integration with the Office 365 collaboration tools. CRM is not just for the sales people. It should be implemented around all the customer facing business processes. For that reason, I believe that the Microsoft "customer data platform" is the strongest at the moment.
