Im pretty sure english in a sentence does sound gibberish especially if they talk fast and also bc the vowels might sound diff than other language speakers but no matter what a word stays the same if i make a word like “finny” and lets say 500+ more imaginary words and i spoke them your gonna hear gibberish but your gonna hear me sounding out “finny” or “geeo” but you wouldn’t understand, but thats exactly what gives it life being able to understand the word thats what gives familiarity to the word bc you understand. we hear the same but we understand differently.

Bro almost every language has they the them, like try to learn a language thas known to be hard, serbian isnt known that much but most of the people who learn serbian say its the hardest they know of one of the hardest, the pronuciations are super hard (like the ch sound, , ć or č'' or the hard r sound), and there is sommething that very little languages have that is called padež, its like 7 series of questions for one word for example a door ( the first question would be, , what did you hit'' and you answer, , the door''), and for each question the spelling changes, which is hard because you have to know hundreds of spellings at a time, so thats usually one of the most difficult part of learning serbian
