A 48-year-old woman died after a fire broke out in a flat at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10 on Mar 5. Her 20-year-old son was injured. SCDF said the blaze engulfed the living room due to a “vast accumulation of combustible items”.

now hdb and town council should look into this matter !

a neighborhood watch should be of some help ??

anyway
there's still a necessity to respect these folks as people
as hoarding results from some sensitive issues and struggles they are experiencing!

Although there are also some who may have little time to spring clean or too lazy to clear more frequently so the accumulation!

Building integrity gone low. Now the flat above it is on risk it might collapse sooner than it is intended for.
