Hey Bond. Thx for the very informative videos you are doing.
I have a question: I'm a long time ele player, but not as active as most high ele players like you, but I do test alot of talents and stuff. I have swapped Primal Elementalist with Eye of the Storm. It feels way better with in my opinion, and I simply can't find any benefits not running that instead of Primal Elementalist. But no one is doing that, so I'm afraid that there's something negative by my choice of the talent swap. Have you tried it and if, why is Primal Elementalist better?
