New Exhaust for My Saab 9-3! (EARGASM!!)

So today, I finally got a new exhaust for my 2003 Saab 9-3. It's been long awaited, and I'm super happy with how it turned out. For now, it is a cat back exhaust, 3" straight pipe with a 12" resonator. There are two 3" tips to top things off. I love the sound, and am happy that it isn't too loud. I love how on the stock saab exhaust you can hear the turbo a bit. Wish modern turbo cars were like that. Im looking at you, Chevy cruze.

That DOES sound great! I'm super jealous of your car, it's gorgeous! I used to have a 9-3 convertible, and I got rear ended by some dude who wasn't paying attention. I cried when I found out that it was totaled, not because of the concussion, but because I really LOVED that car! They don't make Saabs anymore, people who have never driven one don't understand how great they are until they drive one!! I still dream of owning a 9-3 Viggen – it's impossible to drive one of them on the freeway and not go over 100 mph, because the car just wants to go really fast.

Yours sounds just like mine! I love how it's not too loud, but not too quiet either. That way you can still have that great sound, but won't attract any cops, disturb the neighborhood, and you are still able to hear your surroundings! Perfect choice!

Sounds much better than stock Dude! Congrats. Too high pitched to my liking (a bit "ricey") but better nonetheless. My stock 9000 CSE 2.3 Turbo, with center resonator removed, sounds absolutely devastating. No worries. Keep the Saab alive Man!

Congrats dude, sounds great. Saab cars tend to sound amazing after some pipework and this sure is no exception. Even though the NG9-3 doesn't have a Saab engine, it somehow sounds kinda like one. Prehaps it's because of the Saab engine management system.

Great videos. I have an 03 9-3t 5 speed manual with 68k miles I bought from the original owner last fall. Car had been stored for 4 years and was a basket case but needed to be saved. Laser red with sport package and all the Arc upgrades though it's a Linear. Repaired the 17" 5 spoke wheels and painted anthracite grey. New tires, exhaust, fuel level sensor, wheel bearing and repaired front fascia and rear bumper. Able to do all work myself so far. Still throwing a p0455 code and a.c. Not working but seems to be traced to a bad fan control sensor. 2 years ago, my wife surprised me with a 2005 9-3 aero cabrio for Christmas. Lime yellow metallic. 94k. has a K&N lowering kit, upgraded turbo and aero rims refinished in black. That one needs fuel level sensor as well, err! Both fun cars!

I got my saab vector straight piped (no muffler or resonator) and personally yours sounds so much better than mine. Mine sounds like a dump truck

Ordered a new 2.5" catback exhaust for my 9-5 2.3t before the weekend, can't wait to recieve it!

Should be less loud than my 9-3 with a full 3 inch from the turbo and back (video on my channel), but still louder..
