IRS employees have recently been charged with fraud. Allegedly, five federal employees took advantage of government beenfit programs to assist people and companies from the hardship of the recent pandemic. The money attained was in the tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars. These federal employees are looking at fines and potential jail time for allegedly abusing these government benefit programs. And it is not just federal employees but public citizens have extracted over a billion dollars from the PPP loan program and the EDIL loan program. As a Rideshare driver the PPP did work for me as a independent contractor, I had it forgiven and it was only $6k. Used a service that was free to help (they wanted you to buy some other services that was not needed) and I did it.

I did also use it to catch up on bills that driveing rideshare usually does.

I also did the EIDL, later then most people using the program but I did after a initial decline.

Both where used for their intended purposes, so other then the rideshare part this video is spot on.

Although larger non low rank Federal employees have gotten away with much more, this story is okay.

Omg, talking about UNAX Violations, TIGTA does not play around with these. Just outright stupid, pension and entire career is DONE!!!! You're talking about Federal prison time. You will be completely unemployable after this except for sweeping floors at the mall.
