If you're going to call them out, do it just before you go no-contact. Who cares what they have to say once you've removed them from your life. They're going to run their mouths about you regardless of what you say or don't say.

They need to be called out they know exactly what they are doing they are more self aware than we are. i exposed him before blocking him everywhere and changed my phone number 7 months ago. oh so its ok for them to do what the hell they like knowingly and get away with it?. Im glad i told him exactly what he is, he has no idea where I live or who my family and friends are. i couldn't care less what he thinks. very interesting they need to be told what they are. i definitely feel a whole lot better for telling him. And am absolutely thrilled he never actually got me because I set boundaries and sussed him out.

Than I blocked all phone and internet connections of all here family and friends. Wish here luck in here life but I am not available anymore. Exposing a narcissist for who they really are is something you should do……they have already destroyed many years of your life and exposing them is the least you could do to stand up for yourself and take your life back…..if it’s safe to do so, exposing the narcissist is something you should definitely do and leave them as soon as your able to……have no sympathy or mercy on the narcissist, the same way they had no sympathy or mercy on you in all those years of hell they gave you. 👍✊

He said I was the narcissist one and then he admitted it, he was always pushing good people away, then he called me names again and then the love bombing again and the sick roller coaster but luckily he stopped writing, maybe he's just stalking but at least isn't writing anymore lol

Oh lord they don't like that, yes I did this and I'm glad I did, because she did exactly what I thought she would, she said I was all the things she was ! Haha at that point I knew I was done. She literally described her behaviour and accused me being like that. Only thing in my defence is I have my own house and she does hers, so walking away was an option
