SURF & TURF with WASABI - Barbecue recipe sirloin steak

Surf and Turf is one of the best combination add wasabi to that and you get a great mix…. a little presentation and voila. Yaws will drop to the floor when you make this on the grill.

Preparation time 45 minutes
Cooking time 55 minutes

Suggested tools

Ingredients:
steaks, sirloin - 2 pieces with fat
Scallops - 12 pieces
Hoisin sauce - 4 tablespoons
Fresh wasabi - 1 plant base
pea shoots - 1 tablespoon
Mushrooms - 1 handful

Planning & Schedule:
01h40m - Start your barbecue
00h55M - Put salt and pepper on your steaks and start grilling them, they are done when they reached 54 Celsius or 130 Fahrenheit.
00h35m - Let the steaks rest and grill the scallops 1 minutes each side.
00h30m -Grill the mushrooms
00h20m - Separate the fat from the steak and cut into cubes, put some hoisin sauce on top.
00h15m - Put the scallops on the steak cubes, then a piece of the fat on it and drive a skewer through them
00h10m - Grate fresh wasabi and brush some on the fat
00h05m - Plate up the skewers dress it up withe the mushrooms and fine chopped pea shoots
00h00m - Enjoy
