Swiss Researchers Disprove Einstein's Theory with Superconducting Quantum Experiment #shortsvideo

Показать описание
Description: A group of researchers at ETH Zurich have conducted a loophole-free Bell test using superconducting circuits, providing further evidence for quantum mechanics and disproving Albert Einstein's concept of "local causality." The experiment showed that quantum mechanical objects far apart can be strongly correlated, opening up possibilities for distributed quantum computing and quantum cryptography. The researchers' impressive facility, containing over a million measurements, took six years to finance and build, and could potentially be used to connect superconducting quantum computers over great distances

3rd-The researchers have developed their own cryostat to cool the 30-metre-long quantum connection efficiently. This is installed in the middle of the quantum link. Credit: ETH Zurich / Daniel Winkler
