I have 2 problems. I would like to turn on/off closed captions with a single button and would like an info button. All of my other remotes will allow me to do this.

Great remote ..the only thing it does not do well is control the TV . It has dedicated buttons for Netflix, disney ...so Where is the TV button.

Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on the remote controller. From [Settings], select [All Settings].

Select [Game Optimizer] from [General]

Set [Game Optimizer] to [ON].

Press the [ ] button on the remote controller again and the [Game Dashboard] will be displayed on the screen.

I find no [ All settings]

And i have no idea what or where this button is [ ]

Why doesn't this come with a smart TV. It isn't even on the CD that comes with it. AND!!!! why is there no indication of how you change between number and character and how do you backspace and how do you enter text in a field as opposed to the URL box?

Does anyone know about compatibility issues with the 2016 magic remote? I just bought the 2016 model and it will not sync with my Dish Network equipment. LG customer service is telling me my Dish Network equipment is too new. Has anyone ever encountered this or heard of this issue?
