Interesting take but I don’t think it will pan out. Threads is just FB/Insta with a different front end. Sure, it is centered around conversation… but it is just all one big communications DB. FB wants to mine your data and they have shown over and over that they want to control what/who you see. The other problem is it is app only. Despite what you might think, links to say, youtube, doesn’t leave threads because FB want’s you to connect within their environment. More control.

This guy’s video is great, and his channel is worth subscribing to however, I would sharply disagree on checking out that podcast he recommended, almost immediately the podcast discourse devolved into how this app needs to be strictly regulated and censored and moderated to death so that these little woke babies don’t get their feelings, hypothetically hurt in the future, it really is an embarrassing conversation where these hosts are using phrases like “we need to do better” in 2023. You can mute and block people in this app is only accessible with an existing Instagram these fragile little sissies don’t pay any attention to that, and are already hyping themselves up to cry like a toddler.
