That little bird sure looks good. And you can see the juices in it too. I have never cared for thick heavy batters, so this is right down my alley. I love the light coatings, and of course, finger licking good too. That collapsible batter dish is really the thing, I will check that out, easy to store. Thanks Booger for making me hungry.... Storage space is important. I stayed away from things that had the word "Cajun" in it until 4 years ago, surprisingly I can handle most of them. Actually watching video cooks from my YouTube friends, I have tried a lot more things. The bird is the word! home fries, got to love them. Juicy chicken for sure. Sounds like PAPA and Tom could handle that seasoning. Good job booger!
