You mentioned you didn't know how your small group grew?!? I know how your growth happened...Jesus Christ is in charge of the growth... not by your own works or your experience. But by God Almighty who gives you the gift of leadership and the zeal to move forward. All glory to God.

In my thirty years of working men’s ministry, I have found that men in general are not drawn to intimate small groups. That’s like throwing it a new Christian into the deep end of the pool. It takes years to develop those relationships.
