Ok everyone before y’all atleast start replying to my comment Im just suggesting only a few things towards this Person.
1. Try practice videos or trace hair(Though when tracing hair or any other stuff make sure to give credits of it) it can be extremely helpful in editing.
2. Try doing the base(Not outlining.) all You have to do is add a layer and then lower the opacity of the exact layer Your on and then after the base make another layer and You can outline it(It can be an extremely long process though its worth it.)
3. Watch other editors or digital artist doing edits You can keep note on what they do and don’t do.
