Recently, A 2023-batch officer from Ahmednagar, Ms Khedkar made headlines last week after reports she lied about her mental and visual condition to secure an officer's post. after this incident there are allegation on many UPSC officers who qualified UPSC by getting forged document and enjoying the services. This Discussion has been joined by some distinguished panelists. Prof. Dr. Sanjeev Bagai says that This needs a comprehensive review, if the certificates have been produced falsely by the doctors, then the doctors should be questioned'. UPSC Educator Mudit Gupta says that The entire system goes much beyond the physically handicapped system, there have been candidate who have been claiming false OBC. it goes much beyond the entire UPSC system. Looks like UPSC is also a dynast organization. UPSC should answer the folloing questions:
1. Why is there no standardized way of grading subjective answers after 75 years of their existence?
2. why is the answer keys provided after 1 year, what take so much time? Are they prepared to conduct the exam?
3. why UPSC hs no mechanism to verify claims of disability and caste after 75 years of their existance?
4. How many current civil servants are appointed without verification?
5. Who should be accountable for failure of UPSC and what's the punishment?

We need an independent investigation under the supervision of Supreme Court not just pooja all other officers who have managed to get in to IAS. The big question is do we need mentally disabled people as our officers?? We need people who can serve us.

Perhaps UPSC have always been compromised.and someone knew about it and make good use of it. Calling Puja a fraud is not right. She is only doing what perhaps many others might have done but in a different way. She might not be the torchbearer in this field. Perhaps the legends are already there sitting in the penthouse of UPSC. In any fields of employment or services, Loopholes are always being exploited and here at the prestigious service, she did just right- definitely and possibly with insiders help.

Even there is religious bias in upsc paper, it is another type of scam .. ex everybody knows who reads Urdu, u can tell a person's religion with this language, leaving few exceptions. But u cannot tell a person's religion by any other languages like Bengali, kannada, Tamil, gujarati etc.
