Getting #ServiceNow jobs in the USA? (The Duke Answers. Hard truth edition. NOT LEGAL ADVICE!!)

Nearly every day someone asks me “steps to take to work with ServiceNow in the USA”. There’s some very hard truths to realize here, and I’m taking a huge risk taking a strictly “info only” position.

In my opinion, the H1B was an excellent tool for the US to import rare skill sets, but it has been abused horrifically over the years to undermine US labor and exploit the labor coming in. For this reason you should be very careful who you ask, and the tone you take when you do.

Listen carefully, and I hope you gain wisdom.

You mentioned several times "be concious who you ask this to" - really seems to be a political topic in US. Your recent video's are thoughtfully and superb... Keep up your good work..

Suggestion: Make video on outsourcing servicenow projects, building tie-up with consultancy.(servicenow).

There's TONS of H1b fraud out there. It's even perpetrated by *big name* brands. This handy document can show you if you're involved in H1B fraud.
H1B fraud can result in you getting well and properly fucked. Imagine sharing a 2 bedroom house with 9 other people because, that you only go to after you've driven all night for uber because you're getting paid pennies on the dollar. It can also end up with you losing your H1b.
