We’re finally to the end of our time together here on Crash Course Study Skills, so this week we’re taking a more holistic approach to being the best learner you can. Part of taking care of your brain is taking care of your whole body, of which your brain is a part. We’re wrapping up this course by outlining some good tips and tricks for maintaining a healthy body, and why it’s such an important part of being a great student.

What!? This is the end!? This was one of the best Crash Course series. Why do the good die young?

"Sorry, Professor. I would have turned in my paper, but I ate my own brain like the sea squirt.

Also, I'm kinda stuck to my bed now."

Kinda random but Thomas paces his speaking really well - very measured and firm but he incorporates enough vocal variation that it's not monotonous. For me it's a good test of pacing if you're still intelligible at 1.25 or 1.5x speed and this series has more than passed the test.

I wish crash course would do music theory. It would really help me pass the AP test.

I've recently started running for ten minutes as soon as I wake up, despite the fact that I've always hated exercise and avoided it like the plague for years, and I've found that now I'm so much more focused on the work that I do, especially in the mornings when I would otherwise take a while to warm up my thoughts. It takes less time to do my law studies because I'm more focused and I think it's helping me lead a better life in general. And it's so simple! Find a way that works for you and you won't regret it. Thanks Crash Course :D

Fun fact: Got to know Habitica through this series, now doing daily exercise and getting my stuff done better (or at all) alltogether. So thank you, Crash Course! And thank you, Thomas Frank :3

That awkward moment when you take a break from studying for your neuropharmacology midterm and Thomas talks about the same mechanisms for LTP in iGluRs as you just finished reviewing ><'

I've been exercising every night for the past three weeks and I'm not gonna lie, while I feel better generally, the thing which helped me to do better in class was drinking more water lol

This has been one of crash course's best series! Thank you so much - it has helped me a lot with each covered topic. I'm looking forward to more videos like this at some point if it's possible! Greetings all the way from Argentina 🇦🇷

One of the best courses i've even learned, so much informations, tips, these materials would benefit everyone who is a constant-learner, not just students, thank you CrashCourse, and thank you Frank for that amazing course <3

It actually has helped me quite a few times. I'll study then workout. It really works. I was able to recall the answers on the test easier than I would have without Excercise.

I work full-time and I go to school full-time and I was having trouble finding time to get my heart-rate up. I started forcing myself to take the stairs anytime I could and I picked up ping pong and I play about an hour twice a week. I know I could do more but Thomas has successfully motivated me to at least start and I do feel better!
